Valentine's Day 2020

We are set to close on the new place on June 30th and are moving in the very same day. It'll be a full day, but at the end of it all we should be sleeping under our own roof in a new zip code! 
Lyza and I have been visiting the new house almost everyday for the past 2 weeks and are very excited to get in and make it our own. We can't wait to step out on the back porch and only hear the sound of the summer insects and sprinklers. We certainly will not miss the roar of I-440 in the backyard. 
The final details are coming together now. We still have a lot to do at the old place with the final packing and there are some things left for the guys to wrap up at our place in Spring Hill. We will do the final walk through with the builder on Monday afternoon and then at 9am we are showing up to sign the papers, get the keys and move. Wish us luck.

you should make a video to contrast the noise of the backyard at the old place with the lovely serene beauty of the new place.

Your new home looks georgous!!! Congrats! I hope you are hiring movers...moving can be so tiring!

The movers were a big help. Still it's a tiring process. The end result is very good though!
